About you 

 

You’ve been working in the industry for a few years now and are ready for a new challenge. You love programming and helping the team around you to make an awesome game. You’re able to work on any aspect of a game from gameplay to tools, graphics or optimisation. You want to be a big part of a small hardworking team and make a genuine contribution that you can be proud of.

 

Requirements

 

We’re looking for social, hard-working people who enjoy working in a team with other people and are passionate and dedicated about their work. The ideal candidate must present the following:

  • Strong C# knowledge
  • Capacity to write optimized code or adapt existing code to the necessities of the required platform
  • Some mobile (IOS and/or Android) development experience (even if academic only)
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Be organised and self motivated
  • Creative and innovated
  • Sense of humour?

 

The following skills are desirable but not essential (if you have them, don’t forget to mention them):

 

  • Experience with Unity
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Experience in developing multiplayer games

UI Artist

About you

Responsibilities 

 

  • Concept, design and pre-visualisation of frontend menus and UI elements to a brief provided by key stakeholders such as the art director and game designer
  • Creating production art assets and working closely with a front-end programmer to ensure they are implemented accurately in game
  • Meeting work targets and milestones deliverables in a high-pressured full production environment
  • Take a key role in our game’s visual identity, ensuring and pushing for exceptional quality
  • Take initiative on improving, streamlining, and developing art pipelines and documentation across the game
  • Have ownership and be responsible for your artwork
  • Work closely with other artists to ensure consistency and quality

 

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to design UI for video games
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in games industry
  • Understanding of UI interaction design and UX pipelines and workflow
  • A highly positive proactive work ethic
  • Sense of humour?
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organization, problem solving and time management skills

 

Desirable not essential:

 

  • Experience implementing UI in to Unity
  • Experience with Mobile FTP games

3D Environmental Artist

Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the team to model, texture and light in game worlds
  • Have ownership and be responsible for your artwork
  • Work closely with other artists to ensure consistency and quality

 

Requirements

 

  • Portfolio demonstrating modelling texturing, lighting and a good artistic eye.
  • A good understanding of creating optimal artwork
  • Passion for building interesting and story driven worlds
  • Be organised and self motivated
  • Good communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Experience with Maya or 3D Studio Max, Zbrush or equivalents
  • Experience texturing with Photoshop, Substance Designer, Substance Painter.
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal or equivalent
  • Experience with high and low poly modelling
  • Experience with a PBR pipeline
  • Any technical skills and knowledge (shader creation, mel/python scripting) are a bonus but not required.
